The below workshops are available for both corporate and not-for-profit organsations.

1 day on-site workshop

This 1 day workshop takes place either on your premises or a site of your choosing.

For 10 - 20 participants, this workshop is ideal for either a team of people that work quite closely already, or for a group that have professional contact with each other but would benefit from forming closer relationships and a greater understanding and appreciation of each other.

During the day we will introduce the partcipants to the concept of game theory and how to apply it in daily working like, including;

• Supporting the development of strategic thinking
• Supporting the development of effective decision-making processes
• Building effective teamship
• Enhancing 'C' skills (Collaboration, Communication and Creativity)
• Raising the individual's self-awareness of their learning needs

2 day on-site workshop

As with the one day this workshop takes place on your premises. The 2 day workshop builds on and extends the learning from the first day, providing the opportunity to explore the issues in more depth and consider in much more detail the application of the learning and organisation wide implications. We will work with you to synthesis the learning from day 1 into effective business practice, opening up new oppotunities and developing strategies.

Alternatively the second day can be used to ensure a wider population of your staff benefit from the GameTrain experience, as well as considering how best to share this learning with others.
